What we do
AskWhisper helps hotels and guesthouses get information to their guests at exactly the right time. For hoteliers, this means less time answering the same questions over and over and more happy guests who actually spend money on upgrades.
We're a small, focused team. We move quickly, tackle real problems, and stay close to our customers. Our goal is simple: become the go-to platform for guest communication in hospitality.
The role
This is an important hire. You'll be one of our first commercial team members, working directly with the founders. That means you'll have real say in how we sell, position ourselves, and grow.
If you'd rather help shape the strategy than follow a script, you'll like it here. This isn't a role where someone hands you a playbook and tells you to execute. You'll build the approach, test things out, learn what works, and see the results quickly.
You'll talk with prospects and partners, figure out what they actually need, and show them how AskWhisper makes their teams more efficient and their guests happier. You'll handle outreach, conversations, demos, and closing.
What you'll do
- Find and connect with hotels, guesthouses, and hospitality groups
- Run demos that are clear, friendly, and tailored to each prospect
- Learn how customers work and feed those insights back to the product team
- Build relationships and keep your pipeline organized
- Close deals and help new customers get started smoothly
Who we're looking for
- You're comfortable talking with hotel owners, managers, and staff
- You're living somewhere in Europe, preferably Belgium, France or The Netherlands
- You’re excited to do “whatever it takes”, which includes calling and in-person visits
- You're curious about how hospitality actually works day-to-day
- You’re comfortable in a fully remote environment, with regular international team offsites
- You communicate well, both in writing and in person
- You can work independently and own your targets
- You’re comfortable using a CRM and have a healthy interest in AI
- Ideally you've got 1 - 2 years selling software with quotas
- Hospitality experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- You're fluent in English plus at least one of the following languages: French, Croatian, German, Dutch, or Spanish
